Lateral meniscus bucket handle tear and incidentaloma
Typical lateral bucket handle tear with flipped meniscus medially and also anteriorly with the double delta sign. Incidental finding of sessile large osteochondroma. Maybe that prevented him from successfully getting into the sac? (don’t go there) For those unfamiliar with a sack race, the hidden image (#6) is of a race in progress.
