venous varicosity ( RID3368 )
These are bilateral round ligament varicosities, more prominent on the right (clinically silent on the left). This is well recognized during pregnancy and should not be misdiagnosed as hernia. I cannot find a report unrelated to pregnancy. Initial images by the technologist didnt show flow at the distal portion that corresponded with the palpable lump. Re-imaging shows that the area of concern is compressible (there is no thrombosis) and flow is potentiated with valsalva. [ Article ]
