SLAP lesion with labral cyst and suprascapular nerve compression Also nearly circumferential labral tear
He was diagnosed with a SLAP lesion elsewhere. Denervation changes are seen in the supraspinatus and infraspinatus. A small cyst associated with a SLAP lesion causes suprascapular nerve compression and denervation. No history of dislocation but he had an unexpected Bankart or Perthes lesion seen on the axial T1W postinjection image and also on ABER.Also chronic posterior labral tearing making his labral tear nearly circumferential.
