Thigh hematoma ( RID4705 )
I diagnosed this as a pseudoanuerysm in the adductors. Arteriography was reported as negative for vascular connection. I dont have the images. The patient is relatively young (actually quite young any more) and no predisposing factors. No anticoagulants. The layered appearance means to me that there was active fairly robust bleeding. They will do follow up and Ill post when it is done.
