Discussion

16 y/o boy with inflammatory bowel disease (probable ulcerative colitis) and sacroilitis seen on MRI enterography. There is bowell wall thickening of particularly the transverse colon and also osteitis of the sacroiliac joints and SI joint synovitis/fluid R>L. Reference article.
