Anterior labral tear Arthrogram. Pre injection pd fat sat shows tear inferiorly. T1 after injection doesnt show it very well. ABER nails the diagnosis. Healing fibrosis and resynovialization probably hinders contrast entrance into the tear on the post injection images.
