CPN entrapment Ultrasound showed a short segment of tender fusiform hypoechoic distal CPN swelling that extended into the proximal segment of SPN. Interesting feature was abrupt angular kinking of the nerve at the entrance to anterior compartment of lower leg when the knee was placed into flexion.
Dysaesthesia distribution superficial peroneal nerve, worse flexion
