pedal osteomyelitis. thoughts: T1, STIR normal = no osteo, T1 bone destruction, STIR edema = osteo, T1 no bone destruction, STIR edema = usually reactive in my experience secondary to adjacent cellulitis or synovitis. Re-image if need be after time. Regarding Charcot, need clinical info. Charcot usually more bone destruction without so much edema or edema in a stress pattern or instability than that associated with osteo.
