There is acute SLAP VIII (superior and posterior labral tear), though I dont illustrate the full extent of the superior tear in these images. There is no mass in the quadrilateral space. There is mild, diffuse edema of the Teres Minor. The referring surgeon and I presume he had a transient posterior subluxation with traction injury to the axillary nerve.
