distal tendon of biceps brachii ( RID2065 )
It seems that one of the 2 heads is completely torn and retracted to the level of the supracondylar humerus (white arrow). There is a nearly complete (very high grade partial) non-retracted tear of the other head (red arrow). Not that it makes a difference (this is a surgical lesion), but can you determine which head is which? I cant, despite the attached reference. [ Article ]
