Supracondylar process, avian spur fracture
Patient has a subjective sensation of a change in grip ability with her hand but no loss of strength. No denervation changes seen on MRI. No loss of strength or ROM with physical exam. Will be monitored for developing median nerve dysfunction. An avian spur and ligament of struthers can be causative for median neuropathy. Also the perilesional hemorrhage may calcify and end up compressing the nerve.
