arthrofibrosis I am asking your advice. At 4 months time is the intermediate signal soft tissue thickening along the anterior graft in the notch evolving arthrofibrosis, normal post-op soft tissue thickening or indeterminate? In the 4th image there is a patellar chondral defect and what looks like a huge medial plica. In the last, it is a pre-op image showing chondral delamination without a surface defect and no plica. Perhaps thats the pain generator. Can I call it a plica if it didnt exist pre-op? Is it irrelevant?
