Posterior shoulder dislocation
The radiographic findings are surprisingly subtle. CT shows the comminuted, impacted fracture of the lesser tubersity and floor of the intertubercular groove extending to the anterior greater tuberosity. Both the supraspinatus and subscapularis tendons are avulsed and the long head biceps tendon is medially subluxed. There is a SLAP, but she is 67. Surprising that there is just chondral fissuring at the posterior glenoid chondrolabral junction and superficial fraying of the posterior labrum without more extensive injury to the posterior glenoid.
