Note how cranially located the subacute Hill Sachs lesion is along the humeral head, which suggests that there may have been more of an inferior rather than an anterior shoulder dislocation (although there is anteroinferior labral tearing). There is a large central defect in the inferior glenohumeral ligamentous complex w/ edema/hemorrhage coursing inferiorly through the capsular defect. [ Article ]
