osteochondral lesion There appears to be an osteochondral defect of the proximal tibia at the proximal tibiofibular joint. I have not seen an OC lesion in this location. Do you think this can be a sequela of reported dislocation injury in June 2014? Will try to get XRs and more relevant exam history.
