extensor hallucis longus tendon rupture ( RID3188 )
Patient had extensive destructive changes of osteomyelitis of the great toe that was a contributing factor of this unusual rupture (in the absence of a laceration). The last sagittal is to show the intact tibialis anterior. The diagnosis is obvious on the axial using the good ole Tom, Harry, and Dick . Harry is missing.
