Discussion

Large plexiform neurofibroma of the left face involving the left temporal area, masticator space, infiltrating along the pterygoid muscles, involving the left parotid and left mandible with scalloping of the left mandibular ramus. There is extension into the left buccal-gingival sulcus and submandibular space and periaricular space. No involvement of the maxillary sinus or orbits.
