Discussion

55 y/o M S/P fracture 8 months ago. Continued pain. R/O loose body. I don't see this that often (or at least I haven't recognized it that often !) but looks like the syndesmotic ligament and membrane are scarred
and thickened. Didn't have a talus OCD or loose body. Old "high" ankle sprain.
