32 y/o with ankle mass. Trauma 6 years ago. Mass has come up since.

Discussion

Plain film is critical here. Slow growing mass. Erosive changes of the posterior sub talar joint. Plain film shows no calcification so its PVNS. If the whole thing were calcified then post traumatic most likey. New terminology is tenosynovial giant cell tumor diffuse type (TSGCT).
