Discussion

The left inferior alveolar nerve is hyperintense as it enters the mandibular foramen and extends through the mandibular canal, particularly prominent in its inferior branch. No discontinuity or focal neuroma. Right
inferior alveolar nerve within normal limits. Other visualized regional nerves appear normal.
