Discussion

The clavicle fracture is straightforward. Edema adjacent to the posterior acetabulum along with an anterior femoral bone trabecular injury of the affected hip indicate recent subluxation. Fairly equivalent to a shoulder subluxation except posterior is more common in the hip versus the shoulder where anterior is more common.

Diagnosis

clavicle fracture and posterior hip dislocation
