Discussion

Images 1 and 2 shows a high T2 signal slightly lobulated lesion. Images 3, 4 however show the string sign, split fat sign, features typical of a peripheral nerve sheath tumor. Note the slightly low central signal on T2 suggesting cellularity. Images 5 and 6 confirm an enhancing mass.
