Discussion

Shoulder capsular sprain. 57 y/o s/p dislocation. r/o rotator cuff. Capsular changes look just like adhesive capsulitis but aren't in this case because of the documented dislocation. Has a rotator cuff tear just like you are supposed to see in someone over 40 after first time dislocation. I think he also has a
non displaced Bankart but no glenoid fracture or deficiency.
