OCAD MSK

ACL tear with Segond fracture and contusions in the lateral compartment. Distal MCL and proximal fibular collateral ligamen sprains. Mild extrusion of the lateral meniscus, but did you notice the floating medial meniscus ? (Don't forget to look at the meniscotibial ligament).
