Discussion

Also called rectus sheath syndrome. This patient had short segments of nerve swelling at two adjacent levels (black arrowheads and black arrow respectively). Long white arrow indicates lateral edge of rectus abdominis muscle. RA = rectus abdominis. L = lateral abdominal wall muscle.
