Discussion

Anterior and superficial displacement superficial MCL in relation to pes tendons (Stener equivalent) limiting satisfactory healing potential. Tibial avulsion meniscotibial deep MCL extended longitudinally over 2 cm and unlikely to heal with conservative Rx. Pt also sustained patellar dislocation with femoral side MPFL tear.
