Discussion

Regional migratory osteoporosis, migrating arthralgia.
Self-limited. No Hx. of trauma. Wt-bearing joint of lower extremity. Proximal to distal spread. Interval 2~12 months. Middle-aged men, systemic osteoporosis combined with normal local loading, minor trauma, cigarette smoking. Subchondral sparing 22%.
