Discussion

Axial images show empty bicipital groove with retracted LHBT at level of pec major insertion. The thick, bright proximal remnant is seen in the anterosuperior joint / rotator interval. Marked synovitis in the axillary pouch. Such is the sad reality of working out at 56 yo.
