CT done in December reported as normal, though there is heterotopic ossification along the dorsal talar ridge and dorsal navicular indicating residua of previous dorsal talonavicular capsular sprain (red arrows). There is chondromalacic change along the plantar talar head (occult on prior CT) and vague BME of the navicular. There is chronic low grain sprain of the MPO-CNL and IPL-CNL (plantar components of the Spring ligament complex). The superomedial component is not injured.
