Discussion

This came as a consult from a colleague. I dont think there is a real differential. Features of osseous and fibrofatty enlargement o fthe hallux and 2nd toe with secondary degenerative changes seem typical of macrodystrophia lipomatosa. Do you agree? Reference article.
