Discussion

Peripheral polyneuropathy, Organomegaly, Endocrinopathy, Monoclonal plasmaproliferative disorder, Skin changes, Osteosclerotic lesions. All patients will have at least either one osteosclerotic lesion or Castleman’s disease. Not all features are required to make the diagnosis.
