75 y/o M s/p fusion surgery 3 years ago now with severe LBP and LLE radiculopathy for 1 week after tweaking back on stairs

Discussion

Patient had fusion surgery and is hypolordotic to the point of reversal with resulting kyphosis. Large mass below the L 3/4 level to the left of midline associated with posterior disc space narrowing. Hard to say how much mass effect is due to hemorrhage vs. disc. I read it out as disc. If f/u I will update.
