Discussion

There is a complete, retracted tear of the MCP UCL, which is dislocated superficial to the adductor aponeurosis (this is a Stener Lesion and is surgical).

There is a concomitant non-displaced avulsion fracture at the volar medial base of the proximal phalanx due to the ulnar sesamoid-phalangeal ligament (see arrows in Fig 2).
