Knee pain following recent skiing injury.

Discussion

The popliteus tendon itself is oriented vertically and completely torn at the myotendinous junction. Edema and retraction of the muscle belly. The tear had not been reported, maybe it was satisfaction of finding due to additional presents of a PCL tear (shown separately).
