Discussion

Unstable medial meniscus root attachment tear with peripheral subluxation of the meniscus. Note the ghost meniscus sign on the sagittals. As a result of the altered forces across the knee, the patient has suffered a slightly impacted femoral and non displaced tibial fracture.
