Discussion

Flamingo views showed 3 mm shift at symphysis indicative of pelvic instability (right innominate moving inferiorly when WB on left leg). Ultrasound showed markedly tender right conjoint tendon with hypoechoic line of complicating chronic intrasubstance split tear (arrows). Normal left conjoint tendon indicated by arrowheads.
