Discussion

My colleague wondered if this is a mass or possibly an accessory FDS, which might be ruptured. Ive read reports of an accessory FDS in the palm, but not in the finger and have no experience with that. There is enhancement proximal to the dark signal mass. Is this GCTTS, other?

Diagnosis
