Discussion

It seems that much of the middle subtalar joint has been resected. The sagittal images show what I think might be a non-osseous extra-articular talocalcaneal coalition related to an accessory medial talar facet. Agree? The anterior most portion of the posterior subtalar joint is narrow and irregular but most of the posterior subtalar joint seems preserved. I am impressed that there is nearly an osseous tunnel around the FHL in the hindfoot. I think Ive only seen this in cases of extra-articular coalition. Please tell me what you think...need help here.
