Discussion

April images suspected to be just post traumatic. July worrisome for infection of systemic disease; post gad requested.
Biopsy shows osteosarcoma; pt has a painless lytic lesion in the distal radius of the left wrist per referring doc as well. Complete work up in process Reference article.
