Discussion

The DEXA image says not for diagnostic use but Im impressed that my colleague picked up on the widening of the femoral neck and asked for radiographic correlation. I am amazed that she is an asymptomatic 52 yr old avid runner. I suspect this will come as a surprise. Reference article.
