Discussion

There is a chronic tear of the anteromedial bundle of the ACL with an intrasubstance ganglion. In the Obl Cor PD images it appears that there is complete or nearly complete tear of the anteromedial bundle, which is difficult to quantify in the Sag or axial plane. With this case being the exception, I rarely find that these Obl Cor images help much. What is the consensus? Do you use Obl Cor? Did you and have you abandoned it? Is it really worth the additional imaging time? Reference article.
