Cyclops lesions are usually found as a complication of ACL repairs.
The denomination as cyclops lesion refers to the appearance at arthroscopy. Its bulbous appearance and characteristic focal areas of reddish-blue discoloration resemble an eye at arthroscopy
Treatment is arthroscopic excision.
