Discussion

Unstable discoid lateral meniscus is posteriorly subluxed with the knee in extension. Note the tearing of the anterior meniscotibial capsular ligament. There is degenerative tearing of the LM with a parameniscal cyst. The anterior horn region dips into an anterolateral tibial osteochondral defect.
